Chapter 6(c) - A Price To Pay

In this pivotal chapter, Shantae,  Celia’s daughter accidently meets up with Cap’n.  In his quest to know her better – he finds opportunity to dominate her.  She however, challenges him with her upright stature and directness.  Because of this he orders her to pay a penalty but it backfires on him.
